We offer free economy shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently ship only to U.S. addresses.

Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Refund & Return Policy

Unopened products may be returned within 3 months of purchase for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened and returned to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please email help@perfectstool.com with your order information, and we will provide return instructions. Once we receive and verify the unopened product, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
