from 8 reviewsAt this time have not taken it. I am in the process of trying various ones. I know the Tributyrin works, because Dr. Gundry's original formula which had a 1000 gr worked, but he change his formula to 300 and that is not working for me. I had bought various bottles of his product. I am taking 3 pills of Dr. Gundry to equal 450 gr plus another supplier that had over 500 gr to equal my 1000. Five days on that changed my issue. So very frustrated the formulas were changed. No updated info on why? So the search was on and also concern with not obeying the bottle recommendations.
This product has been a life changer.
I found it important (for me) to take 2-3 full doses per day.
I have gone from uncontrolled diarrhea for years to perfectly formed stools today. All in less than a month.

I have been taking this for more than three weeks and when I was just taking 1 or 2 a day i didnt see much difference but once I got up to three a day my bowel movements really improved and were well formed. And I seem much more able to tolerate a diversity of foods.

While apparently the majority of stool dysfunction is hard stools, I've always h had loose stools. This is the only thing that I can use to routinely firm them up, so that my gut can heal.
